I moved to the Las Vegas Valley and have resided in here since the Spring of 2003. My office is centrally located making it easy for Green Valley clients. I have built my real estate business by focusing on 50% of my time dedicated to Buyers and 50% dedicated to Sellers. By working closely with buyers and sellers it helps me stay in touch with the current wants, needs and trends of clients on both sides of the transaction.
Prior to getting my real estate license in Nevada, I spent over 25 years in corporate life. I relocated 7 times, so I have a close personal understanding of the issues families face during a relocation. My professional experience ingrained into me the importance of being honest with my clients, and maintaining excellent communication throughout the purchase or sale of their property.
